The South Lane School District in Cottage Grove serves approximately 2500 students in nine schools. Our community sits in the southern end of Oregon’s fertile Willamette Valley, just twenty miles south of Eugene. Our new teammate will serve as a key advisor to the superintendent and will assume a significant leadership role in the work of the district, overseeing the Human Resources department, working closely with the Director of Finance and Business, and partnering with our two labor unions.
