ODE’s Office of Enhancing Student Opportunities (OESO) is dedicated to supporting school districts, education service districts, long term care and treatment centers, youth corrections, and juvenile detention centers in order to ensure that students with diverse needs, backgrounds, and abilities receive inclusive and high-quality education. OESO collaborates with various constituents, navigating legislative processes related to Special Education. Our Office is working to build a culture of care and connection and to make significant improvements in special education in Oregon.  

Salary range is from $143,688-$222,792 DOE as part of a total compensation package.
